Hotel Jardin isn’t just one venue — it’s three levels of bars, dining and late-night energy, with a rooftop landing in early 2026. Now open, the first stage unveils the Lobby Bar, Level 1 Piano Bar, and SABA Kitchen — a lush pan-Asian dining room led by Executive Chef Minh Le, known for his bold flavours and global experience.

At SABA Kitchen, expect spice-driven dishes, robata-grilled skewers, fresh sashimi and signature mains served in a sleek, modern setting. It’s luxe dining without the fuss, and the perfect lead-in to a martini upstairs at the Piano Bar.

Level 1 transforms into a moody, velvet-trimmed haven of live music, cocktails and late-night charm — where sunset sessions become long evenings soundtracked by jazz, big vocals and the baby grand.

And coming soon: a rooftop bar set to bring highballs, greenery and starlit views to the Surfers skyline.

Located within Chevron Renaissance Shopping Centre, Hotel Jardin is designed for everything from intimate dinners to celebrations and live entertainment.
