RENAISSANCE SOCIAL STRIDERS

Step into a healthier, happier lifestyle with our friendly and social walking group — Renaissance Social Striders, proudly supported by the Heart Foundation.

Every Wednesday morning, we walk, chat, enjoy a coffee together — and then do it all again the following week.

Our route takes us 20 minutes north along the Esplanade and 20 minutes back south, finishing at a local café where walkers can enjoy a FREE coffee as a reward.
