Hotel Jardin unveils the ground floor Lobby Bar, Level 1 Piano Bar and the star of its culinary show: SABA Kitchen, a lush, pan-Asian dining room headed by the wildly talented Executive Chef Minh Le. If the name rings a bell, he’s a bit of a local (and global) legend. 

At SABA Kitchen, expect a curated, playful and spice-driven menu featuring everything from robata-grilled skewers to sashimi kissed with yuzu, and game-farm duck glazed with honey. Basically, if you're not weak at the knees yet, just wait until the aromas hit the table. All housed within a sleek, modern dining room, it's luxe dining without the fuss, and the perfect warm-up to whatever the night has planned next. Perhaps, a dirty martini at the Piano Bar?

One floor up, the Piano Bar blends live music and elevated cocktails. It's where velvet, mood lighting, and a baby grand piano fuse for a most sleek affair. Where sunset rolls into late hours way too easily, and one expertly crafted cocktail is never enough. Whether you're into jazzy twists, big sing-alongs or a cheeky late-night bop, the Piano Bar is here to soundtrack it all.

But the story doesn't stop there. Oh no. Stage two arrives in early 2026, bringing with it one very "add to group chat immediately" announcement: a rooftop. Picture highball cocktails, cascading greenery, balmy breezes and starlit revelry. It's giving elevated -literally and metaphorically.
