The house special, the premium Deluxe boxes, offer an unusual freedom as compared with standard boxes that contain a set menu. Offering eight main selections including a range of chicken dishes, Yakiniku beef, grilled salmon, tempura prawn and stir-fried vegetables and four secondary selections including salmon sashimi, Agedashi tofu, takoyaki and vegetable sushi roll, the Deluxe boxes are made fresh to order.
Everything is made in house daily by resident sashimi and sushi chefs who are well versed in the art of Japanese cuisine.
