Ales and his family are gluten free themselves, so they know a thing or two about cooking for you! They use a gluten free penne for pasta dishes, and a gluten free pizza base for the topping of your choice. Even breakfasters are catered for with their own gluten free bread. Fish, meat and salad meals can all be customised to cater for gluten sensitivities. And can we tempt you with an exotic cocktail while you wait for your meal to be prepared?
Well known takeaway and dine-in pizza restaurant “Crust” caters for gluten-free diners. Crust serves a great range of Gluten Free Pizzas - including a delicious Pesto Chicken Club, or a Szechuan Chilli Prawn.
If you fancy a delectable burger, popular Betty’s Burgers give you the option of choosing a gluten free bun, or a “Bare Betty” which has no bun. You can dine in, or take away. We love to take our burgers down to the beach to watch the light fade over the ocean. Nothing says Surfers Paradise more than that!
Perhaps Mexican is your choice for tonight? Most GF eaters know that Taco shells can look pretty harmless, and before you know it, you’ve been slammed with a gluten hit. So it is positively heavenly to be able to choose virtually anything off the Zambrero menu. The only thing not made sans-gluten are the items made with wraps eg: soft tacos. Another favourite for holiday makers who need an affordable, quick and tasty meal.
